What is your return policy for unroasted coffee?

We accept returns on unopened, original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on coffee that has already been roasted or if the original seal is broken.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship nationwide across the US and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, with free standard shipping available on all orders over $75.
