At Green Coffee Collective, we want you to be fully satisfied with your beans; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we typically only accept returns on non-food items or unopened coffee within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Processing and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days.
